Actually, I've never liked such facial cleansers that dispense in a bubbly, foamy form... but it's from Japan!
I watched a youtube video 2 years ago about this 60-ish year old Japanese lady who had a complexion of a baby's bottom! Which is totally a good thing. She revealed her daily skincare regime in the video, which only consisted of washing her face with iced water. Literally.
AND... she made sure that her facial cleanser was ULTRA FOAMY with the aid of a foaming net.

To achieve a foam that looks like this! Super fine bubbles that penetrate deep into your pores. There's absolutely no need for oxygen facials with bubbles like that!
I tried looking for a foaming net FOREVERRR but I just couldn't find it around here!? So I chucked that idea aside and just lathered my facial wash very thoroughly every single time... which is so tedious 。(´д｀lll)..
So you can't imagine how stoked I was to see that half a pump of the Bioré Marshmallow Whip Facial Wash produced such a CUTE TINY BALL OF FOAM! ＼(^_^)／
Do not underestimate this little bit of foam - it's enriched with collagen and didn't leave a trace of dryness on my skin! I merely used small rounded motions all over my face and was done with my cleansing regime in just one minute!
Best part? It actually remains as a well-lathered, bubbly foam no matter how much I abuse it, neither can I ever achieve such a bubbly foam with just my hands! Such a rich foam is very important because you'll only require soft, gentle strokes to massage it into your face, reducing stress for your skin.
The super fine foam is made up of micro-sized bubbles smaller than the size of your pores, ensuring a deep and thorough cleaning process.
& guess what? I actually had another bubble foaming cleanser on hand, so here's the comparison.
Check out the huge bubbles from Brand X on the left, and a normal paste facial foam from Brand Y on the top. The foaming cleanser from Brand X is... horrible.
The bubbles actually dissolve upon contact with my damp skin and the lather disappears! And I'm sure all of us are familiar with the flat lather from a regular facial cleansing paste (￣ー￣；
