I figured that I should start creating individual recipe posts for easier reference! Soo...
● CINNABONS / CINNAMON ROLLS ●
It took me ten million years to finally settle with a fuss-free cinnamon roll recipe, and it still took me *literally* five hours to finally sink my teeth into these delectable buns. I originally wanted to snag a recipe from a food blog [joythebaker] (recipe originally from Saveur October 2008 but her entry guides you through the entire thing through photos), but I wanted these to store well so I omitted the cream cheese and icing.
I also added more walnuts as I didn't have any pecans and raisins... cos I love raisins. I think I also added in another heaped teaspoon of cinnamon.
The following images are in a4 size and I converted the measurements from US cups to grams, Fahrenheit to Celcius. The following recipe is my adaptation of the original recipe. Feel free to use the original one here.
It's probably better if you're able to start early, unless you don't mind making these into the wee hours of the night which was what I did...
Oh yes, the recipe stated to slice the roll into 8 but I ended up with about 14 rolls. :\
Ah well, the more the merrier!
