REVIEW: GINVERA WHITENING CREAM & BB CREAM

Here's a sponsored review for today, courtesy of Ginvera and thesamplestore!
I was given the new members of Ginvera's Green Tea family:
Aqua Whitening Cream (with oil control) and the
Green Tea Nude Cover BB Cream (SPF 30++)

I'm not feeling well today so pardon me if I don't sound as enthusiastic as usual... (;´ー`)

Let's start with the Aqua Whitening Cream because it's a moisturiser, and moisturisers are supposed to be used before the BB Cream. Simple logic, right hahaha.
It seems like Asian women can't get enough of whitening products!
I wrote a summary all of the benefits of this product in the picture above! Isn't it convenient LOL!
& it's all thanks to the key ingredients listed in the above picture.

I've used this for about a week and here's what I've experienced with the Aqua Whitening Cream.
It performs fairly well at moisturising and didn't break me out in spite of the fragrance.
The lotion feels kinda heavy on first impression, but it instantly melts into your skin as long as you massage it in. I think it does require the massaging to aid your skin in absorbing the product. I have used creams that are extremely heavy, but this definitely doesn't fall into that category.
The whitening effect isn't instant, as with many other whitening products, but my skin really did appear a little more radiant after one week.
I can't really judge the oil control because I don't have oily skin in the first place. My nose felt matte for a longer time than usual, though.
The amazing thing was when I sampled it on my hand, the fine lines on my hand really appeared smoother. I don't have such fine lines on my face so obviously such an effect wasn't apparent. Don't worry about the slightly white cast - it's not visible after applying makeup and if not, it'll disappear in a minute or two.

So after prepping your skin with creamy goodness, it's time to use the
Green Tea Nude Cover BB Cream (SPF 30++)
I truly appreciate the SPF lol!
With the crazy sun shining like this in Singapore, girrrlll, you gotta layer on all the SPF you can get.
I bet everyone already knows what a BB Cream is by now!
Ginvera's Green Tea Nude Cover BB Cream is an oil-control makeup base, sunscreen and foundation all in one.
There's fine glitter on the box! Shinehh.

I finally managed to capture a photo that's pretty true to colour of the BB Cream!
Took me 5 attempts -_-
Green Tea Extract protects your complexion against free radical damage and helps prevent the formation of dark spots.
We're all familar with Hyaluronic Acid! It hydrates every single skin cell you have LOL.
Allantoin, Ginseng and Angelica stimulate cell renewal, while nourishing and revitalising your skin.
This BB Cream is definitely the lightest I've ever tried, but don't expect much coverage from this as well. Its consistency is like a light corn syrup - a little like water but not quite. It also has the same fragrance as the whitening cream and it's pretty strong, but it didn't break me out as well.
I was a little disappointed when it barely covered my dark eye circles and I had to rely on my powder for more coverage since I don't own concealer LOL... it's definitely gonna be a makeup primer for me instead because it did help my makeup last longer. Or a tinted moisturiser, perhaps?
The same amazing thing happened - it visibly softened the fine lines on my hand.
I think this will be a hit with older women who have fine lines on their face. I'm not talking about crow's feet here!
