The answer is YES, we all NEED sunscreen to protect our skin from harmful UV rays! Recently thesamplestore and Sunplay sent me two sunscreens of the HIGHEST SPF 130 PA +++ for review.
Anyway, I thought of many many common myths and questions about sunblock, AND here are my clarifications.
Myth: Those who have a tan don't have to use sunblock.
Fact: YOU ARE RAWNG! Using sunblock isn't just for those who want to be fair!
Myth: I'll just slap on a truckload of whitening products and eat whitening pills!
Fact: RAWNG AGAIN! If you don't even prevent your skin cells from getting hurt, no amount of whitening products can help you. Excessive exposure to sun will also cause freckles and other pigmentations! You want?
Myth: I don't use sunscreen, but I consume a lot of collagen and use anti-ageing products!
Fact: NO USE! Exposure to UV rays will cause premature ageing and wrinkles! What's the point of spending all of that money on anti-ageing products when your skin's natural protective barrier is getting damaged constantly?
Myth: Today's weather like not very hot and cloudy ah, I can totally skip sunblock yay!
Fact: NO CANNOTCH! Culprit is UV rays, not the heat from the sun! Your skin is still getting damaged as long as sunlight hits you, even if you're in an air-con room or in a winter climate!

Okay I shall spare all of you this wall of text, but it's very educating right! I can be a dermatologist already. Never google one ok! Just knowledge I've compiled over these years of researching about protecting your skin.
I used to be extremely tan cos I would tan and get sunburns easily. Heck, I was BORN sooo tan, my uncle thought the nurse wheeled the wrong baby into my mum's ward. I was practically a brownie when in secondary school cos of all the outdoor sports, but eventually became fairer over these years.
HOWEVER, this one complacent moment of mine changed everything. I was too lazy to use sunblock on our cycling date in East Coast Park with Bf, Ann, Usha, Kifa and Bobo. GUESS WHAT? My arms and legs became tan (-。-;) but mostly my arms. HAHA can you imagine how nonsensical it was!? Wah lau.
So anyway, for both vanity and well-being's sakes, please use sunblock \(^_^)/

First up, the Sunplay UV Body Mist Sunblock!
It didn't get in my hair, yay!
Obviously you gotta spray it properly haha.
Anyway this is freaking awesome! o(〃^▽^〃)o
This spray alone solved ALL of my problems about sunblock
✔ NO STICKY/GREASY FEEL
✔ NO UNPLEASANT STENCH THANK GOD, it smells kinda good!
(I used this other brand last time and the smell, goodness.)
✔ SOOO CONVENIENT!
✔ Contains Vitamins C & E!
✔ Waterproof & Sweatproof!
(Great for outdoor sports, but I'll reapply for maximum protection HAHA.)
Just spray 6-8 inches away from your skin!
You can also spray it in your palm and stuff but that totally defeats the purpose of a spray can... (⌒¬⌒*)
It leaves a very slight glistening glow on the skin!

Next, the Sunplay Super Block!
This is the liquid form of sunscreen in an extremely cute and small squeeze bottle!
Shake it properly!!
& squeeeze a small amount on your skin.
My skin looks slightly fairer with a radiant sheen!
I don't know how this will look like on darker skin tones, though. σ(^_^;)
It's a very thin fluid and melted instantly when massaged into my skin.
This entirely changed my opinion on liquid sunblock, but I wouldn't recommend using it on your face just in case your skin reacts to it or something haha. (^~^)
You can get all of the above products in major supermarkets, hypermarkets, Watsons and Guardian.
Alternatively, you can LIKE Sunplay's facebook page and redeem free samples!
